The A/S now being 500 million has nothing to do with the split first of all. Also since a split does not increase or decrease the market capitalization, it is not dilution. It is just a split...and in this case it is actually a dividend. Here's a simple website that might aid you in discerning the difference. http://www.investopedia.com. Lol gl.
