Today we witnessed another horrific scam took place in penny land. TADF dropped from 50% up all the way to 44% down on no major news. In a very well co-ordinated Sell off which began early morning and never stopped for the whole day. over 50 million share dump just at the end of the day?
First let us find out why this stock was pumped by so many stock news letters!!! Here you can find the answer from yesterday in its 8 k filing on 5- 17- 2010

COMPENSATION TO ZA.

(a) The Company shall issue to ZA an amount equal to Twenty Million (20,000,000) shares of fully duly authorized, fully paid common stock of the Company, The Common Stock shall vest as follows: (i) 100% of the Common Stock shall be immediately vested on the date of execution of this Agreement despite any termination of this Agreement.

(b) $150,000 payment upon the execution of this agreement

No wonder the sell off kept going on despite all the large blocks of buying.
