we had a trade today at .10 so lets do the math.

1 million shares presplit,is now 1000 shares post split.

1000 shares x .10 per share is $100 bucks...

some people paid up to .10 per share BEFORE the RS!
so they have 1/1000th of their equity left.

and imo, was it not only not necessary, it was not smart. such a perfect share structure it had for liquidity BEFORE the reverse split.
its too bad.
