The board has agreed to again retire and eliminate 140,000,000 shares from its treasury of authorized shares, which was 240,000,000. The new amount of authorized shares is 100,000,000. The Company's share structure will now be 100,000,000 authorized and 87,035,620 outstanding, with corrected 43,439,460 in the float.
