Brock replaced/removed from board positions to enter R&D, are you kidding me? after he returns 20+ M shares to the company treasury and secures a 1M line of credit with his own shares...hmmm why would these things happen?

You think Brock did this because he is a good Samaritan?

Obviously be bs'd everybody about the performance, the company by coincidence just brought on new counsel...the pr states in a sugar coated version, willful and lawful..that's a cute legal term for he bs'd us, as stated by the "board and ceo", they are distancing themselves from Brock...he ends up with a director position, that's how serious this is.

He was removed with "good cause", that is not good for any of us. The board or the investors. Fraudulent performance numbers are essentially "good cause". The entire product/company is based on these figures.

Who is under the bus? We are. imo
