GoGreen MAY have been, for IRS / Government purposes, a "Sole Proprietorship," and therefore, obviously, it would NOT be a "Corporation," and therefore again, it WOULD NOT have filed documentation (previous to this year and this R/M process) in Delaware OR ANYPLACE ELSE, to "Incorporate."

People, please! IMHO, Have Faith in your own DD, and in your decisions. DO NOT let people "shake your tree" of confidence.
