From Milliam on ********* who went to court:

"The court proceedings were nothing more than the SEC attorneys standing around talking about the case to one another.

The only problem with CSHD was that the judge wanted Mike to have an attorney for signing the consent form. I’m not sure if the attorney messed this up or Mike or what. I’m pretty sure the judge wasn’t furious, but I can’t say for sure because I never saw him. Alana Black was calling around looking for Mike and his attorney. I had the feeling that they thought he was going to be there. They ended up getting his number and doing a conference call with the judge to settle everything. They did all of that in the judge’s chambers, so I didn’t hear what actually happened.

I just sat there in court trying to over hear as much as I could. At one time 2 other SEC attorneys came in and discussed the case with Bill Hicks and Alana Black.

The SEC attorneys seem very confident or cocky. They were laughing about the case and their “findings”. What struck me as odd was that they didn’t seem to be on the same page for the case.

Now, this is all from my recollection and trying to pick information out of several on going conversations from a distance. There were a few people that talked loud and a few that whispered, so I couldn’t get the whole discussion.

I’m pretty sure I heard Bill Hicks ask Alana Black where Rufus was and she said he wasn’t showing. Bill then said are you worried about him fleeing? Alana said no, he signed the consent so it’s ok. Correct me if I’m wrong, but is Bill not the head attorney? Don’t you think he would have known if Rufus had signed the consent?

They went on to talk about Euroclear and about getting the deposition. Bill then said something about getting onto Euroclear and looking at the bonds. Again, I was trying to pick up their conversation, so I can’t be sure, but it sounded like he said he broke Euroclear or broke into Euroclear. Anyway, he said it looked like a cut and paste job. From this I think he meant that CSHD got into Euroclear, found a bond they liked and then cut and paste the numbers for the PR. He didn’t say this, but that’s what I felt he was meaning. Alana then said something about it being all hacked up or hashed or something. She chuckled and they were kind of laughing about how crazy it all was.

Bill then went on to say “we’re going to find something”. I heard that one quite clear. So, they have nothing at this point? They won’t stop until they find something?

It sounded like they discussed the pump and dump idea, but they were not sure of the dump part. They talked about having to figure out who gained on this. Something was said about Mike’s wife having a lot of shares.

Now to the funny part….Alana mentioned Rufus going onto SPR and talking about shutting down the SEC email or something and congressional hearings and such. Bill then joined in and was talking about the boards and how we think that sending all of those letters and such are going to lead to these things. He went on to basically say we’re all nuts and zealots to believe in these things. And there I was…the only “nut” in the place (I think the other 2 nuts had left by this time). So, those guys read the boards. BTW, Hi Bill, Alana…

I rode the elevator down with them afterwards. They asked if I was there for the Conversion hearing and if I was a shareholder. I said yes to both and the one lady (Debbie I believe) seemed pleased that I showed. I then asked what actually happened and they explained that since Mike didn’t show up, the judge ruled no contest or something like that. I asked them what that meant and they said it means they can continue on with the lawsuit. I asked if the lawsuit was against Rufus and CSHD and they said yes.

So, overall…the SEC attorneys seemed very confident that this is a scam and that they will find something at some point.
