ACLH does not have a dispersant. What we have is a product that helps release oil from hard surfaces... i.e. ship hulls, beaches, etc. The ACLH product is important for 2 reasons. It is environmentally friendly and it does not mix with the oil like most detergents. This is exactly why BP should love this product because since it doesn't mix with the oil, the oil can be collected and re-used.

We DO NOT have a dispersant. They are completely different
