OTC stocks are required to file but are not closely monitored by the SEC. It's big boy rules. They are only audited if the SEC has a reason, i.e. a bunch of filed complaints.

Juniper Group has been pretty forthcomming with info good or bad over the last year or so that I have been in them. It does look like they are comming out of the slump that has plagued the continued operability of theier company though. That was a major concern until recently.
