He informed me that the letter had not been submitted yet from the lawyer as the document is about 59 pages long. There were some things that needed to be reviewed and possibly fixed and he rated those things on a scale of 1-5 of being a problem as a 2. He informed me that the process after the document is submitted could take anywhere from between half a day to 48 hours to have the CE removed. I asked him if he knew the contact information on their website did not work and he stated that it was an issue being worked on as well. I asked him about the production of the products and he stated that it was underway and we should expect more press releases on the great things to come after the CE status has been removed. They are just waiting to hear back from the lawyer.
