GUYS READ MY POST AGAIN!!!
" the 10-K says it all, and we all know that they have not start thier production yet in the USA, i said this once before, they are raising funds for now.
Unless in this period of the passed 6 months they have done any agreements or contracts, then we are in good shape as of today, Otherwise, we should all hold our position, until we hear something"

The 10-K represents the period of the year end of 2009.
I AM NOT SURE IF it shows the company actives as of the period before the 14th of MAY 2010.

I am running a IP check on Every Poster in This Chat Board. TO ENSURE THERE ISNT A DUPLICABLE USERS.

I Sent an Email to the Lawyer and Chris to collect information before any legal action.

PLEASE DO NOT INSULT ANY FORUMS' MEMBERs IF EVERYONE GONNA BE CRYING OVER THEIR MONEY, THEN YOU MAY AS WELL LIVE FOR EVER AND NOT WORRY ABOUT DYING TOMORROW.
