Sounds like the 8-K addresses some of the issues discussed here recently......compesation committee has incentivized the CEO with a modest salary to complete a primary goal for P2O rollout....sounds like that's close, otherwise, why the filing now??.....Also, "option awards which vest and are contingent upon specific milestone acheivements of the company"....Tends to relate to the additional objectives set forth by JB, IMO.......Things which have been outlined and are currently in progress......Interesting......I like.....
