Only one very longshot prayer left...

If anyone thinks any money can be salvaged from this at all at this point, there is only one very longshot prayer left, and don't hold your breath waiting for it:

EGCI is essentially saying a fast one was pulled by EGCL back in 2002 by some agreement that was yanked like a rabbit out of the hat by LC from its dusty hidden storage when he shipped out the $12 million to an account EGCI cannot access or control. Thus, the $12 million is being claimed to be EGCL assets and not EGCIs.

That dusty 2002 agreement better be rock solid, certified/notarized and anointed, as EGCI's only hope is to sue to get their $12 million back. By the way, that's the same $12 million public EGCI has been reporting as cash reserves for a few years now, with LC at the helm of financial issues. LC has some big problems in front of him, I think, regardless of whether the $12 million is EGCIs or EGCLs.

However, such a lawsuit takes considerable time and money, and EGCI now has basically none of either.

For that reason, don't expect this patient on life support now in the ICU to suddenly jump up and start running around again and pursuing business as usual.

How could deceased LS have missed all of this? Only he knows, and he doesn't care now, RIP LS.
