I never understand all the conversation on this
board whenever it comes to something controversial.
Permits, lets email MB or DF and ask the question,
does Behl have all of the required permits from
the city,county,state, fed gov. etc? When they come
back with the answer, then we know. Lets get this
in a written statement from Behl. This should not
be a problem for them to respond to. JMO
