If you dont understand this. Then you should not be investing. We own 41% of ACLH through preferred shares ownership, which are above common and below debt holders.

This should be closer to .05 cents in my humble honest opinion, as the market cap of ACLH would justify a much higher share price in BCLE. Why people cant see this, is beyond me. Not to mention our major ownership in BOCL also, on top of ACLH

There are two different Bio Clean Companies.

One is BOCL which is OWNED BY ACLH under Bio Clean..

Then there is BCLE which OWNS PREFERRED SHARES OF ACLH . See under March 1st Press Release...

BOCL = Bio Clean - A SUBSIDIARY OF ACLH/ BCLE - Bioclean Diff Co, that OWNS ACLH
