Kimbal1 I need to talk to you in private when you get a minute, lets make it happen.
Mike told me that since the last public conference, they received two requests from the FDA , one requesting all docs on a disc and the other is change some verbage in the manual.
We talked about eveything and he was quite honest. I was unabble to see the 3D pictures but Mike called in the morning and informed me that Dean will not show the pictures because it will jepardize the FDA submital, i was able to see the machine working live with different objects in 2D.
also , I was concerned about the finances of IMGG, Mike confirmed that they will not need any funds til at least 2011, there is at least 2 MIL on the side that can keep the CO. going without deliuting or making another offering.
Aslo Mike informed me that they will be taping the next video on Friday.
