Mr. Hurley,

My name is John and I am a current and long term shareholder in SDVI. I am emailing you in reguards to the current SDVI share price. I understand that in the near future that some type of public release statement will be issued and I know there is many things that can be discussed in relation to the company. With that said I have a question that I hope you can elaborate upon.

Mainly I am curious if you have developed a plan to increase and maintain the PPS of SDVI. I know in the past the value of the stock shot up very quickly and over time declined back down to where we stand now.

I know you are very busy and I want to thank you for your time.

We do have a plan in place. It will be unveiled after the release of the Reader Rabbit products.
