Don't think Our New Investor...

will be selling anytime soon and if so - will have to contend w/ short term capital gains - so the pps has to be at least 30% above the "Break Even Point"! - $1.5 Million/18,500,000 shares = ~ 0.082 per share - then add in 30% to "Break even" on the sell = ~ 0.106 short term selling ... Don't think So!!

I suspect this Individual will be waiting for a PPS at least 2X that or above! So if there is any infusion on the short term by this entity - it would be above 0.22 for sure!

This is an extremely conservative estimate - if at all

I personally think these shares will be held for a year!
