But, how is it drivel? It's just a simple question.

I just want to know why he thinks the stock is a good stock if the outstanding share count was doubled in the last two months, and when fully diluted, it is at 6.421 Billion shares.

Can you answer, on why he thinks its a good stock? Or why you think its a good stock? Just based on those reasons. I am not offering any opinion of my own, just facts from the SEC filings.
