Why would you sell it when there is the possibility of salvaging it? They're in a weak position to negotiate a sale, and more than likely, all proceeds would go to the creditors. We are last in line to get paid. There is no starting fresh without the land. You don't stumble onto multi-billion dollar mineral reserves every day.

Reorganization refers to shuffling around employees and responsibilities, renegotiating contracts, and rethinking business plans; it does not refer to the share structure. I ask again, why would they perform a reverse split when they can nullify all of the existing shares, and issue brand new ones?
