I said it "might be" not "is" the best thing for the company; only time will tell. As with any situation, there are positives and negatives; I prefer to examine them all. The negatives are obvious, but I haven't seen many talk about the positives. Can you honestly suggest a better course of action to take when you have no money, can't acquire new funds, have pending legal action, and creditors foreclosing?
I can't understand why you even suggest a R/S. I have seen no mention of one. CPRK has the option to liquidate all current shares... why would they R/S?
