All it has to be is over 3% and we are green from here. This will be a 33 bagger plus dividends, technically, before commons see a penny. Of my investment, 93% are preferreds and 7% are commons. I think I will keep my percentages as is. I won't bash a stock that I own, but if I get more available cash it will be a no brainer which one I put money into, definitely the preferreds.
