All PDPR shareholders should receive this email:

May 6, 2010
Dear Shareholder
There are a couple of hundred of you, so please forgive me
the generic greeting.

Kenneth Bean, here, with a whole bunch of delightful news, and after reading this letter, I hope each of you will call, or e-mail me to fill you in on any questions you may have.

First, your percentage ownership in our newly organized Nevada corporation…is exactly what it was as of June 1st, 2009, in our former Idaho corporation….so please check your brokerage statements, and get me a photocopy. (fax # 281-897-8462)

Second, Pediatric Prosthetics is now a profitable company with Zero debt, except for normal day to day payables. We have been positive cash flow for over 15 months now, and we are projecting earnings over the next 12 months in the $300,000 to $500,000 range. Third, please understand that we no longer operate the company now trading under the symbol PDPR. We were “spun-off” debt free into our private corporation, because our major asset was our non-transferable patient-base. PDPR is now operated by a different group, and doing different things.

At present, we are a privately held corporation, but we have started the legal and accounting process to move back public as soon as we can get the legal work and accounting review done. At that point of course, your investment is liquid again, and should be a quite valuable asset, and growing every day as we have re-launched our national marketing campaign and moved back into growth mode. (See youtube search : child prosthesis )

There will be no more dilution or stock conversions driving down our stock price/value as has happened over the last couple of years, because we no longer have any relationship with the New York finance company. We are one of the rare small-cap companies in the country with positive cash flow. You can imagine the interest in our stock as we move back public!
My personal mobile phone number is (713) 569-3896 and my private e-mail address is 1-bean @sbcglobal.net Please get in touch and…..Welcome back aboard.
Best regards
Kenneth Bean, CFO
