So hubby comes home last night and sweeps up the mess and takes down the now empty feeder.

This morning I get up and look out the window and the squirrel is standing there looking pitifully sad.

ugh I couldn't take it so I swiped hubby's bag of almonds and fed that to him.

so much for the bird watching now I have to go out and get some more nuts for the squirrels.
