Good word.."engineered"! Whether it be by some white knight or King George character pumping it on a message board, PR's about producing 1,000's of barrels per day using very short term tests and extrapolating it to 24 hours, a paid internet article about "mammoth" reserves, a NW dog and pony show presenting an old report made by local college kids about gold being next door to TIV's property, rumors, winks, innuendos, or whatever...it needs to be engineered! LOL
Its a shame good engineering wasn't used to get those PR touted 1,000's of barrels per day actually out of the ground.
