How many times have I explained this - the short transactions reported by reg SHO are not traditional short sales, the numbers you are citing, which are 5000 on the A shares and 11,000 on the B shares, are traditional short sales. He is referring to naked short sales, which are not reported. The market makers are free to naked short sell pink sheet stocks at will.
