You can't for the most part. It's difficult if not impossible to transfer it to another broker. Last I heard EESO shares could be transferred to Fidelity and sold but not sure if that has been shut down. There is no evidence of how many shares are out there legally. Jared can't settle with SEC cause he has a fiduciary responsibility to the shareholders with the TA to maintain accurate accounting of shares and to their proper handling. Monies transfered into his private accounts for shares broke that and he would face criminal charges if he admited to it. Money men in the case are all trying to get deals as they have no responsibility to the shareholders and probably just face fines and bans. Unless Jared cops a deal to take down the Fort Wayne syndicate I don't see how he avoids jail. But then he would probably end up in some Fort Wayne building development or maybe a Atlanta one owned by the Koreans he screwed over. I have been quiet but now that I see the money men getting deals its pissed me off again.
