I believe he has two blocks of stock, one of which is a little over 4 million shares that were bought on the market and are registered and readily saleable, the other shares are not they were a much lower basis he received in trade & are not readily marketable, they can be sold or registered for over the counter sals but are not cirrently, and are in Crome's name
