A SHORT NOTE TO SHAREHOLDERS



May 18, 2010—Just a short note to everyone to give you a brief update…



I have been asked about the June meeting (Just Show Up) in Milford…Since I don’t believe that the Mill will be operating I would have to discourage planning to do anything in Milford related to our Company. I think that it would make a lot more sense to try to plan to attend the Annual Shareholders Meeting….currently in the planning stage.

This would be a much better opportunity to get questions answered and get an idea of where the Company is going…
