This is not true the approval has all been taken care, either you are full of it or you just got bs from whoeevr you spoke to... the dividends have been approved.. the tgrabsfer agent job is simply to find all the accounts holding shares that qualify for the dividend and make sure the correct amount of recorded dividends get to the correct people .. the finra stuff has been dealt with long time ago when the symbol changed.... it is already approved and all that good stuff it is maybe up to a lazy transfer agent or you are trying to bs people opne or the other, the approval proscess is long over since the symbol change and the twenty days to drop the d and all that it has been approved along time ago...stop trying to be smart about stuff that is bs trying to create more bs scare tactics........divi will be there when ta gets opff their azzzzzzzz
