They knew that the 10Q will bring the price down like this but they posted it anyway, I like that. I also think that they posted it because they have something else to release soon that will recover the PPS. No penny stock CEO would release a news that he knows will destroy the stock value. They did it; I think because thay have a plan to bring it back up quickly.
