There was only about 27 mil left in the A/S, if they did dilute, it's over now as there have been over 110 million shares traded in last two days. A maxed out O/S is a GOOD thing, it will creep up from here with the float in new hands, and RIGH seems to have no problem staying busy and issuing PR's, more news will drive it easily past current resistance even on a lot lower volume, the news today puts their revs at 2.5-5 times higher than previous estimates.
