It does seem like the 2's are a good support level which leads me to believe that they are not diluting as readily as maybe some have suggested. I would guess a PR is in the works just to make these crocked guys a bit more money but I'm not counting on it. There is the issue of all the heavy buying in the mid to upper 3's that confuses me. There was heavy volume to get us up to 39 but only a bit to drop it down to 31 and even less to where it is now. Obviously, folks are holding at higher prices so I'm somewhat hopeful that maybe a PR is in the works.
