The Question List: what i planned to do was gather a handful of the most important questions that allow discerning investors to make good choices.

I would run the list by the group and/or a few of the cooler heads on the board, polish it up, and then forward to Erik at Spire.

I'll post my email to Erik and his initial response in a minute.

Erik just wrote me ten seconds ago to my asking him for okay to publish our personal emails to each other..His response:

That is fine with me. If you would like to provide list of questions that would be fine. I'll do my best to answer them, but keep in mind I obviously can't discuss non public info regarding Encounter. We have signed NDA documents, so I'm sure you understand.
