Yes Mike I am getting a little concerned also, the company (FFGO) was quick to tell us that the buying company needed to get their audit done for the first Qtr.. report,(10Q) that no information could be discriminated until that was complete.
Problem is,that was due on March 1st and if not submitted, the company would be put on notice by a symbol change (E) for 30 days,(OTCBB automatic) if they do not file the 10q it that time frame they will be de listed from the OTCBB (if that is where they are trading)
then they would be just another pinksheet stock.
Well as we all can see time has slipped by, and now it is far past the March 30 dead line (May 18).
My thoughts are, if the company (FFGO) was prudent enough to inform us of the reason for delay, why now can't they tell us if that was completed in the prescribed time frame? Or give us a progress up date on the buyers reporting status.
