Here is what scares me about the ad, just rcn listed, leads me to believe frank does not have another carrier. Why would you advertise in a national paper and you are only carried by rcn, what if you are in a city where Q is not available, the cbl company will tell you we are not carrying them at this time it will scare new subscribers away!
