I'd like to see something along those lines introduced and embraced in the States. Exhibit A: HEB's Dr. Carter

Not for insider trading but for his lying to shareholders that an FDA decision was right around the corner....Could be any day now. All the while knowing that manufacturing issues were a serious wolf at the door that needed addressing.
