KAT Exploration Potential Dividend Could Bode Well for Current Shareholders

(New York)--WSNC is in discussions with KAT Exploration (OTC:KATX), a developer of gold mining properties, regarding conducting an investor call for rebroadcast online sometime in the very near-future.

We have been in contact with the Company regarding conducting and re-broadcasting an online interview with Mr. Ken Stead, the CEO of KAT Exploration. The interview will cover such topics as their plans to roll some of their assets into an OTC BB company, issuing out potential dividend out to KTAX shareholders, and any plans for pre or post asset exchange reverse splits.

Discussions with our street contacts have learned that the company does have plans for a dividend issuance of the new OTC asset holding company that may have positive results for KATX shareholders. But many issues still remain to be addressed.
