I am on the same page as you chicago, Ive checked them out. many companies have subs that do different things and the offices are the same etc. That is a standard business practice in the contracting arena. Its just some peeps have self proclaimed superior knowledge about things and have no idea what they are talking about. So when that happens I like to get their idea of "good" and "bad".
