The amount of money ARIA receives is $69 millon, not $50 million.

Importantly, for those of us shareholders concerned about Berger's leadership, this fulfills his promise not to dilute this year and to accomplish the restructuring in a timely manner.

The better deal that ARIA will be able to strike by taking 534 into pivotals has to be considered when evaluating this restructuring.

Overall, I think this is a very positive development for ARIA.

What are the current expectations for the partnering of 534? Do most still expect ARIA to sign a lucrative partnership for 534 before the start of pivotal trials in 2H2010 or is there a chance ARIA takes the drug into pivotal trials on its own?
