pnnymn, despite all the reports of brokers, even the T/A, there has been no public filing. So until so, there is no R/S. Personally if it were true, I expected the filing today. No filing. NO PR, no legitimate communication. So it may come later, but they can't do it for weeks even if they want. In the meantime, we have a lot of money we could make.
