I find that IPXL...which was deregistered..and then subsequently reregistered...is still missing 10ks for 2005-2008 inclusive. So, in their case, they managed to get back into SEC good graces without having to file all previous they were short. That is what leads me to believe getting back in is only as hard as filing 10ks for the last 2 years. It was good enough to keep us registered the last time TM filed...as it would have been this time IMO...and that in spite of being short numerous early filings.

So, in short...I believe TM would have to come up with 2008 and 2009 form 10s worse case ( and first Q this year ).
