Yeah, I saw that too, but since they were "in a transaction
not involving a public offering" it made me think that they could be restricted shares.

I don't know where to look it up, but I feel like shares given to an employee of a company without them having to purchase the shares on the open market, they are restricted in when they can sell them.

I could be wrong, which is why I was looking for someone who could tell me if there are in fact restrictions on those shares and how long the restrictions would be for
