Received an email from Jim within 20 minutes. Traced his IP origination and it is from the United States of America where I am proud to be an american!!!! Big sigh!! Now we can move on.

I asked Jim if I could be his CFO and he replied

We are spending all our cash right now on development and sales. I can't afford a CFO right now. But you should stay in touch.
