I'm not so sure the MM's are holding this back.This has always traded this way. Maybe the company or someone else who the company gave shares to are unloading after each spike. until investors are convinced and the company proves transparency this will continue to trade the same way it has historically. The ball is in their court to prove to the investment world that everything they do will be reported to the shareholders,nothing hid.Until then investors will have no faith in artfest.
