Well said, I think all those aquisition pr's were meant to help the company sell stock. They claimed to be doing a buyback while dumping 100's of millions of shares on the open market. So far I have not faired well on "lottery ticket" stocks, so if I do buy them now, it's with VERY little money, and buy the rumor,sell the news. Very few of these companies actually do the things they pr about...buybacks, buyouts, mergers...etc..
