I am disappointed in the trading today, I expected us to approach .01

I guess nothing earth-shattering is expected from this CC.

It is probably just to explain why the funding is taking longer than expected and that there is a possibility of obtaining a bridge loan to complete the Mineseeker acquisition, the charter company acquisition, money for Tigerfish, and close the first 2 acquisitions.

$50M should cover it IMO.

If this scenario plays out then share price goes up after the CC.
