Genmark and Osmetech

According to recent PR, Osmetech PLC Pink sheets stock will merge into Genmark which will be traded on the NASDAQ.

Conversion will be 1 Genmark Share for every 230 Osmetech Share

Initial price range is expected to be $8-10
