you guys simply don't get it. The DTCC/SEC won. They pissed Megas off and squeezed him enough with their bullshit games for him to write the wanker letter, and to not file and let the stock be revoked. That was their game all along, and they won.

We can argue this point until we're all blue, whether it was right or wrong,whether there are a thousand other stocks that don't file that still trade (which there are), whether they would or would not have ever let it trade, blah blah blah...

but the simple FACT is that all Megas had to do was RESPOND, and he didn't. Stock is revoked, and nobody gives a crap. I'm actually stunned that the brokers haven't cleared it from our accounts.
