Price should have popped up a little:

I hope this isn't a classic case of covering your back side! What do you do as an alleged wrongdoer? Call in an attorney, right.

What do you do as a CEO who overstated potential sales projections, production levels, and everything else? Call in a new CEO, COO, and to straighten out the books for the SEC a CFO. And then slither back into your hole to focus on development and marketing.

I am starting to get skeptical again. This stock should not be sitting where it is if the new management team was all that needed fixed.

Maybe Rich should leave the company all together and focus on research only. If we are going to pay the guy in stock for his inventions I don't think we need to pay his salary also? And we all would agree we don't need any more of his kind of "marketing".
